Talk is not cheap, it’s actually really expensive. If you leave a workshop and all you’ve done is talk, then it’s been a waste of both time and money. Our days are strategically scheduled in a way to turn talk into action. Every “Talk Session” will teach, inspire, and validate the skills that are necessary to be an exceptional leader. Those sessions will be followed by an “Action Session” focuses on the real world implementation of those very skills on your campuses. Action Sessions will be highly engaging as you brainstorm new ideas alongside leaders from around the county. In the end, our goal is not just to facilitate a worthwhile two-day event, but to add to a growing number of alumni who make up the No Excuses Leadership Academy.
